Gabriel Ciobanu is a senior researcher at the Institute of Computer Science, Romanian Academy. He is a PhD supervisor in the Romanian Academy system. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Scientific Annals of Computer Science, "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi.
